OK so the Route 471 bus is coming back after all - at least seasonally as CDTA previously indicated. I have to admit I was skeptical. CDTA has announced some changes effective May 24th for many of their bus routes, including a few in Saratoga Springs. In addition to the above mentioned seasonal addition of Route 471, there will be changes to the Route 473 bus and the Route 474 City Shuttle bus will be eliminated. We're going to be in NY for the Saratoga Races and will be staying near Lake George. Is there a shuttle service from that area to the race track?

The short answer is that I don't know, however you can reach out to the CDTA at their web site CDTA.ORG (they are the local transportation authority). You can also try NYRA.COM (New York Racing Association - they run the Saratoga Race Course). One of those two entities should be able to guide you. Good luck - and please post your answer on here.
