Pj's Barbecue opening a week from today!

PJ's barbecue, on RT 9 just south of the State Park, will be opening a week from today on Saturday, April 17, 2010!

The opening of PJ's is one of my favorite signs of a great forthcoming Saratoga summer and I will be there for the opening on Saturday to have some of their delicious ribs. The owners, PJ and Carolyn Davis, come from my home town of Buffalo so I have become friends with them over the years and enjoy their food and hospitality. PJ's is a great casual restaurant but most importantly it's so fun to go there, especially in the evening when "PJ the DJ" is spinning 50s tunes from his soundbooth overlooking the picnic area. It's of course kid friendly and fun for adults too.
