Special offers at Forno Bistro and Pasta Pane

I am posting the April newsletter from DZ Restaurants, the David Zechini owned company that runs Chianti and Forno Bistro in Saratoga Springs, and the somewhat recently opened Pasta Pane in Clifton Park. You will see below that Forno Bistro is offering a "Toss up Tuesdays" special where at the end of the meal you ask your server to flip a coin, and if you call it correctly you get 50% off of your bill. If you don't call it correctly, well...you pay full shot. This promotion got some negative comments on the Times Union's Table Hopping blog, which I found interesting.
