How do you say "Motivated Seller"? a $2.4 million price drop on the Batcheller Mansion, that's how!

Holy cow!  The Batcheller Mansion has been for sale since the fall of 2010.  It originally had a $5.5 million price on it, but I see now that is has been reduced by $2.4 million. So if you have a cool $3.1 million laying around, you can buy the beautiful old mansion on Circular Street from Bruce Levinsky and his company, Merlin Development.  Yeesh that guy wants to sell!
