Siro's Restaurant has unveiled a new web site, however it barely makes mention of the original Siro's Saratoga location or Siro's Trattoria at the Lodge. Other than a passing reference in the "About" part, the web site only acknowledges the New York City site. And in fact, the word "Location" (singular, as opposed to "Locations") and the "Contact Us" link only list the Manhattan Restaurant. Kind of odd, don't you think? Well maybe it's a work in progress, but it just seemed odd.
I thought the same thing when I saw it

"While the intensity was fever pitch for the six-week track season, Siro’s preferred to gallop into New York City to strut its stuff year-round."
Am I the only one that reads that and thinks they're closing the Saratoga location? This ownership group is a bunch of clowns.

Thanks John and Rob - it's good to know there are others thinking along the same lines. To be honest, I am surprised that they got the NYC place open (albeit about a year later than originally announced) - it does seem like a disjointed and up and down kind of operation.

Dan - I'm actually in town this weekend, so maybe I'll see you out and about for the Derby and Cinco de Mayo. You have any plans?
