The Brook Tavern, in the Springwater Inn Building at Union and Nelson Avenues, will be open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week through track season. I was there on opening night, but despite the fact that I live a 3 minute walk from there, I have yet to try it out for dinner. I am hoping to soon.
